CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME?

Yep. You can manage your subscription in the ACCOUNT section of our website, or just call us. Easy peasy.


WHY DO YOU SHIP EVERY 30 DAYS?

Each of our bottles include a 30-day supply, so we figure just about the time that you’re running low, a new bottle should be arriving. Plus, you’ll have the option to “skip” a delivery if needed.


WILL YOU TELL ME BEFORE MY CARD IS CHARGED?

Yes, absolutely - we don’t like surprise charges either! You will receive an email 3 days before your card is charged. If you need to make any changes to your payment method, you can do that in the ACCOUNT section of our website, too.


ARE YOU GOING TO SKIMP ON FREE SHIPPING?

No way. You’ll get 15% off on each order that is automatically shipped, and each order will ship for free. Cross our (healthy) hearts.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS?

You can see the status of your subscriptions in the ACCOUNT section of our website. We’ll send you emails to keep you up to date on shipments and payments, too.


HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you need to make any changes to your payment method, you can do that in the ACCOUNT section of our website. Rest assured too, that if we have any trouble processing your payment, or if your card on file is going to expire, we’ll send you an email with a link so you can easily update it.
